Ben has dedicated his efforts to changing the way that the disability field works with individuals. Using these principles, he has developed an organisation with the sole aim to improve the lives of individuals while leading the change to a brighter, self-sufficient future. Our aim is to improve the lifestyle of individuals and assist them live a more self-sustainable path. Ben has moulded the organisation in a client centred approach and provides the individuals which we support the ability to make choices and a voice to reclaim aspects of their lives.
Ben had a goal to provide an organisation with the sole focus being on the needs of his clients as individuals, rather than a one-stop-shop. During his career, Ben felt that some organisations often lost sight of the person’s goals, desires or dreams, and so Aged Disability Injury Rehabilitation Services (ADIR Services) was formed.
